This photo was taken with telescope designed to take pictures of planets, it works pretty good for that Β But basically I was working with a ~1500mm focal length. Β Just need a longer lens

Yeah, had some clouds for the first half but I had lots of patches of clear sky to work with during the second half

The telescope helps Β You also may try to see if you can manually set the exposure on your camera so you can get some detail on the moon

It was actually a bit tricky, it was REALLY dim, made focusing hard and required longer exposures which caused some blurring or noise (high iso).
