Personality: Ramiz may have been a different person years ago (the only people who would have known are dead now), but currently he is a very relaxed man who can at times come across as lazy. Despite being old, he’s very attentive to small details about people, wether it be physical or emotional. He’s no psychologist, but he can use this to manipulate people. He’s a big softie when it comes to seeing the unfortunate suffer, like the elderly, sick, and poor, so he keeps them company and sneaks goods to them stolen from the wealthy. His scarf around his head comes across as being secretive, but the man is as outgoing as anyone can be and can talk some of his company’s ears off.

Even undead, the Garchomp is still an old man, set in his ways, and heavily opinionated on political current events. He’s also a big old pervert and will hit on anyone he seems attractive until they tell him outright that they are uncomfortable. He can be a bully when it comes to the seemingly more well off individuals, because he know it’s all a face and use money to cover their imperfections.

Story: Half Turkish and half west African, he was born to a courtesan and lived an early life of poverty and crime to make ends meet. One unfortunate theft had let him unintentionally taken onto a cargo ship where he learned how to work, only for that ship to be raided and him to be taken once again by pirates. Because of Ramiz’s upbringing, the pirates could relate to him and they quickly became a new family. Once becoming an adult and through hard work, Ramiz had earned the title of quartermaster.

One night, Ramiz’s crew had a seemingly typical run in with another ship which they raided to steal goods from. It just so happened that this ship had stolen Egyptian treasure on board, and as he was stealing that from them, hand literally grasping the treasure, the tide had turn on his crew where they fell lost their target. Ramiz was ambushed and given several blows to the head, before being tossed overboard to die either from blood loss or drowning with the rest of his crew mates.

Next thing the Garchomp realized was that he had washed upon the shore east of Kismet with nothing but the clothes on his back and deep gashes in his head. Land bound for now, he spends his time roaming the streets picking pockets and visiting brothels until his pride has recovered.
