I have a question. Will this work the same for the NEWEST DEVIATIONS box? Or is it just for the Featured Deviations box?

It will work for the newest deviation box as well but it won't change the deviation automatically. You need to make the changes by yourself manually.

Hmm..Are you inserting the links properly? Most of the times the problem occurs due to wrong link insertions. Check again?

I don't know, i've never been good at things like this, when i insert the links i can see the deviantation and the background but they've gone off to the side, so only a quarter of the whole thing can be seen, the text that was within the box also disappears.

Are you using an image link which is very big or something?

for the deviation image link try using the width property like this in the code to get it smaller and see if it works fine.

Wow the rate in which you reply to comments is pretty impressive, it's nearly getting there; there's just one last problem. The image seems as though it has pushed some of the description down off of the page and in the bottom left and right corners of the image there are "'s? sorry if I'm being a complete pain and sorry for taking up so much comment space

I have a question, I did everything like in this tutorial, but when I saved, the Deviation in the box is now really small

you should get the deviation image URL when its not in the editing mode...

Open the image you want to feature in a separate tab and take the image URL from that separate window only with the image and then place it where it says img src="DEVIATION-IMAGE-URL" and then save and it should show the original size of the picture

you must choose a picture for the background other than the deviation and to place the URL of that picture where it says about the BG picture

You can actually. However, you need another code to do that.

You can do this in different new deviation boxes not with boxes having more than 1 deviations

I'm having a bit of trouble. I want to set a custom background for my recent deviations and so far, it tells me it fails. Is there something I should do with the location urls?

Hello, I think it's amazing how you have given this tutorial for people to use, do you have one for a 'set' widget. Like 'Favourites' where devations are shown that have recently been Favorited. Would this tutorial work for that?

I feel kinda awkward to ask, but I have managed to add the background pic and stuff, but the artwork doesn't show, just a small box that indicate that the image is too big or something, even when I changed the size. What did I do wrong? Btw I use Google Chrome.
