Rules:
Do not remove my name from the base, if it is absolutely necessary to remove due to it being in the way make sure to add a little "Drawn By Cypr" somewhere in the post/character bio.
You can add anything you want as long as it remains a Rotwing. Make it longer, add frills or spikes, add ailments and mutations, go wild! Just make sure your design abides to the Rotwing design rules that can be found in the Discord and TH world.
Even though this is ftu, it CAN NOT be used for adopts in any way. Rotwings are a semi open tribe and require special permission to make adoptables. If you have anymore questions, please join the Discord
