It looks like a bullpup G36, which would be a good design, however, i don't like the charging handle.
And while the stock looks fairly boring, it would function fine basing off the guns preportions.

Hmm, mag change could add some difficulties for the user, cause you usually have to grab the mag from it's front, and in this gun front of the mag is blocked, so it's hard to grab, plus the mag release is a bit high to press it and grab the mag at the same time.

Good question though I think it might be full auto, rare are the Assault rifles to be three round burst / semi only.
though this reminds me a mix between the tar21 and the g36, though I'm huge fan of fictional designs
