Description
Back to uploading some of this type of work. This time showing a completely different dungeon environment. Once again, all pixel work save for the sprite has been done by myself.-------------------------------
Although I probably won't get a lot of people viewing this, I'm going to add this anyway:
After working on this project solo for quite some time, I have decided to try and expand this to a group project. In particular I am hoping to find a skilled scripter (RGSS), and someone who'd be willing to do some character artwork (in your own style, of course). I could probably use some help in other areas too, if you are moderately familiar with rpg maker/game making. Send me a note if you are interested in this for more info.

Lighting; make deep shadows around the blue fire pedestal (as the pedestal blocks the blue fires light from hitting below it) and add lighting past that. Add lighting to the walls from the torches. Perhaps either make the ladders out of something else, or make them darker and older? I don't like them in this image. Perhaps replace them with protruding ice blocks or a staircase? Or a mix of the both!
All in all, it looks like the only light in the area is from those torches. Make the tileset mainly shadowed. The moonlight doesn't give off THAT much light.
Make some of those bricks facing a direction that ISN'T diagonally. They all look the same in a sense. xD

good, some advice, when your making bricks and floors together, don't let the bricks from different levels line up. also, keep your characters simple. your pretty good at that though.

Thanks! Because of the tiling nature, that's not really something I want to do. The defined edges and shadows are there to keep the different levels separated.

I use RPG Maker XP, and Photoshop to make all my graphics for it. (though even MS paint works just as well for pixel stuff)

U used mack's materials to make the sprite right? I wonder if you know how to align the clothes onto the sprite.

What do you mean by aligning the clothes?
Anyway, yes they are mack's. I just create them here [link] and then use printscreen to save them, and do some editing if needed.

Thanks!
I've got a few people in mind that I'll probably ask if I don't get any good offers. The problem is I'm pretty picky with what I want, and can do a lot of it myself If I have the time.
