Mainly anatomy fixes for Sable. Her head has been bothering the shit out of me.

Yeah. Three big changes to Voltaire:
1.) He's no longer emotionless.
2.) Instead of being enslaved by the Cult of Grim, he was a direct part of it alongside Aurelio. That is, until he discovered the cult's evil intentions.
3. His coat will now have a hood and his arms won't be mechanical.

Wow, that's quite a change.  I think I'm gonna like the new him, but miss the old.  At least I can steal the robot arms idea for myself now.

Mystery Reaper Character is still sort of based off the old Voltaire, and he was part of the cult instead of being its slave too.  Instead of having mechanical arms, he's got a mechanical tail.
