I really need to draw my own take on this. Maybe she, pigtails, and Cybele are at a party. Maybe some guys asking a surprised pigtailed android to dance and Cybele's in the corner eating you probably know what XD

Maybe the main one would be called "Blue" and Cybele "Blaster" or "Lazers" or somethin

You said it looked out of character, maybe if you lengthened the shirt and/or it had a layer underneath, made the skirt pleated and gave her boots (like Dawn's from Pokemon) it would look more like something she would wear. Maybe give her a Metal Bracelet (Like Wonder Woman's) on her right wrist or a Metal Belt (no buckle?) around her waist?
Well I said before I wanted to name her something like Cosmo from Sonic X or KOS-MOS from one of the Xenosaga. Maybe use zeroes insted of "O"s like some droid names in Star Wars and/or draw some inspiration from Mega Man names.
What do you think of something like K0Z-M0(S)?
