Foreshortening is always a dicey endeavor, since the distortions involved defy the normal body construction conventions.
For what it's worth, I've tried my old hand at it. I think I can link to it: [link] .
A straight jab normally has very little arm flex, so the shoulder joint, elbow joint and wrist tunnel will almost line up.

The pose is fine. This is a very dynamic moment, so your body physics are correct here.
Actually, this seems a pose more befitting Asian kick-boxing than Western boxing. Was that the intent?
I agree that Lola's left arm is overlong; only apes have arms that long. Compare it with her right arm: big disparity.
Also noticing her thighs are badly mismatched. Granted, her left thigh would be wider because it's flexed, but not to this degree.
However, Lola's expression is dead on target. Fighters have to know when an opponent is going to throw a punch, thus to dodge it or deflect it.
Let me commend you for Lola's look of full-on concentration. Anything less, and she'd get demolished.

The thing is I was trying to make it look like she was coming in from the background into the foreground. Like she was coming right at the viewer, which is why it seems her arms and legs are distorted. I just had a difficult time conveying that illusion, and obviously it didn't work

The sketchy lineart style immediately made me think of the way the characters of Super Mario Strikers are drawn...
She looks ready to jump out of the screen and punch you in the face anytime Great job!

Yeah, that's what I was going for, especially the 'unch to your face' look

I'm digging the chalk look, it's fun, it's bright, and I'm in love with her face. Between the flow of her ears and her expression I felt like Lola was suddenly transformed into a warrior bunny, like she'd been training with Usagi Yojimbo. The only thing I would suggest is making her left elbow a tad smaller so it looks like her arm is behind her fist as opposed to straight across. It really is a fun piece though, and I really want to just touch her ears.
