This is how he changed threw the years when he was younger his hair was the same color as roma his eyes related to Feli's this is also before when someone ripped out his curl it never came back. 2nd him when he became a country and the bombing was affecting his hair and eyes. Hair growing darker because of all the ashes it also affected his eyes making them turn red and his skin color turning a bit paler. The last is how he looks now..
Also just saying No Maltese people look like the last one its just how history affected his body most people probably look like the kid I don't know
