Description
I've decided to do a photo essay on my state. not one that goes to yellowstone and says, "hey thx come again!" but one that does all the little spots. this is one such place. My hometown was builty precisely for one purpose: the railroad. Wyoming is full of little towns like mine where the railroad came, threw together a community, and then skipped off to the next town. this has not been lost on the town fathers who in turn erected this old locomotive and the subsequent cars as a kind of monument. in shooting this I had to deal with a locked door. the setting itself suggests destination...like everyone is always going somewhere. A nice change of pace indeed.
