Boo to glare from flash. It was kind of dark in the room.The paint is literally caked on with this one. The face is kind of funny, but I think it (might) add character.
I'm happy with how smooth the blending started getting here.

I was embarrassed the first time I did it, but that was four years ago, and I'm pretty used to it now. The model and I were chatting it up the whole time 
The thing to remember when you're doing the study is this: the shape is a thing. You look at the contours like you would a table or door.
But make sure your model is comfortable
And let them take lots of breaks. It's tiring being up there
