One phantasmagorical fungus-induced journey

leads down a babbling brook with blue, lofty

pillows-for-clouds.

Plants and pebbles spring up from some

fourth-dimensional register and life,

life itself,

is a bath within a painting that feels,

just feels

like white tea

and aviary majesty

and longing.

My nude male figure

like a lounging David,

extends a leg, toes pointed, to the sky

kissing the wet blades of grass

that sway with passionate contentment.

An earthy pastel ballet

of water, dragonfly, flesh and heron

frames your bust as it appears

Salute in chain link
Like darkened lurkers.

Silhouettes of towers
Ink themselves onto the page,
These cake-like rhombuses,

These verbatim oases,
These insular imposters
Languish in an urbane pastoral.

City Mouse paints the sky
Into a palimpsest
Beneath a corps of country mice.

Tusks split open clouds
Like languid, slow-motion explosions

populated with foreigners

Around dA, MackTheDeuce is known more for his photography than his literature, but his poetry is definitely worth featuring as well. His works are dense and vivid to the mind's eye, and capture a reader's attention from beginning to end.

Vodka Kisses Cold sweat
Sliding down shot’s length;
Alcohol‘s perfume lifts the stench
Of disappointment in all he has left.

Maybe… if drugs had done him instead,
He would’ve walked away with a tale to tell
About how he became a addicted wreck,
But no, that wasn’t the case.

For alcohol, his soul was sold,
And then he fell with head lolled
Back into a conscious downfall
Waiting for whiskey bells to ring their toll

Heart beat pumped the venom he loved
Wine like blood rushed through his form,
Loosening tense muscles against the prospect
Of some sort of Fall I’ve not done wrong
in-
     the lone days
in-
     my deserted home,
I’ve… done nothing
when I’m alone-

smell like day;
aroma  latched my shirt
like a net
                spread
over my shoulders;
I smell of sweat.

These arid beds
comfort the sick
of spirit;

I was left to rot,
but these beds
accommodate death

in linen sheets,
dry cotton pillows.

a nurse holds my life
hanging by pills and metered times.
but I can’t complain

I bled from my fingertips onto the tiles

And from my pen I transcribed emotions
Into letters set in motion.

The old keyboard wouldn’t type what I want it to write,
Nothing would come out right.

Words didn’t feel the same
As when I recited them in my head

And I didn’t want them to mean,
I wanted them to be poetry

I wanted to say I loved her,
With more than eight letters

Like a flickering candle I wanted to disappear
In one final burst of light, without regret or fear.

I was self-righteous, believing to be right this time

It is all too easy to envy this poets incredible talent... and when you find out English isn't his first language, it's enough to send you into a fit of rage - but don't worry. The sharp phrases and well articulated visions will bring you into a lit lovers dream world. Konjuku makes such wonderful imagery in your head that his writing makes you feel like he's just relaying your dreams and memories to you. An amazing manipulation of language that should not be overlooked a moment longer.

dejus vu sas c aconept in the style of writing. what's it called in poetry? no idea, can't remember. repetition of sentences. Vonnegut did it. alrighty. gotta be an actual effectual k sentence though otherwise it would just get annoying. slightly ambiguous, applicable, and profound (SO IT GOES).
