Anyways, I drew this little guy because I love his design. The neon green on the black... Absolutely stunning.
I think this is one of my favorite fanarts as far as others' starraptors go. Still working on a few pieces for myself, and my own adoptables, and perhaps do a few trades for a few other deviants in the group.
