Hey, Y'all! It's Your Girl Daisy! And I've been running every morning since I was in high school. It's a habit I got into when I started playin' lacrosse. Up at 5 and out the door to run an hour, rain or shine. I used to include "ice," but not since I slipped going across a wooden footbridge about three years ago and came close to breaking my ankle. If there's ice these days, I roll over and go back to sleep!

Now, even I don't run barefoot in a bikini through downtown Tallahassee! This is me at the beach. Jacksonville Beach or Miami, I figure. But still at the crack of dawn, so I can watch the sun come up over the horizon. It's a quiet time of day (anybody with a lick of sense is still in bed), and it gives me time to think with nothing going on to distract me. No one trying to break my neck, in the ring or out. I think of all my friends and hope they all have a great day today...Jessi, Cecy, Shanna, AJ, Jerle, Robbie, Flash, Sonic, Schulz, DxC...oh man the list goes on and on...Livy, Megan..Felix......Katie, Onek, Aleena... I'm so lucky. I knew NOBODY when I started on DA. Now I can barely put together a list. But just know, that while you sleep, there's a girl running somewhere, through a greenway trail, or in a downtown area, or out on a beach in the early morning light, thinking of you all, and wishing all of you the VERY best. LATERS! 🌼🌼💋
