Never played Streets of Rage, but I do find this villainess quite charming (I dig her fashion style). So, here's Ms. Y defeated and restrained by the forces of good.
I'm attempting to produce quicker, cleaner sketches: make the shadowing a bit more reasonable, and put in some line suggestion - especially when it comes to hair. Aaah, hair...My eternal nemesis.
