Description

Ice queen Kolin from Street Fighter V has been defeated by the combined might of Guile and Cammy. She now lays thoroughly restrained and humbled, though a cloth (with some stuffing, for good measure) was judiciously tightened over her lips to keep the lady from hurling threats. Still, Cammy has no recourse but to eventually dispense with the gag to question Kolin about the machinations of her organization.

As for Guile, he just kind of stands there, disapproving lightly of the measures taken. (He doubtlessly knows better than to confront Cammy on this matter.)
