Description
This is for the August Refinement challenge from Improvement-Club .
The idea was that you picked one subject and drew it for every single day in august, making 31 drawings for the challenge and hopefully some magical improvement would show.
I took the main character from my Emion story, Sato Memoru , for the sake of consistency (and mad character obsession, that too XD) and made the challenge all about showing various emotions and moods with body language.

I'm not sure whether I improved or not, but I sure got faster once I got the hang of it and I've learned a lot when researching body language. The amazing input from my watchers helped tremendously as well.
All of them are speedpaints, made in 30 minutes to 1 hour. Because one painting a day keep the sadness away :')

As for the character;

Sato is the main character of the Emion storyline. He's leading a double life. On the one side he's the cold and merciless leader of the rebel organisation Neorasa. On the other side he's a student in the academy where nobody knows of his real identity (it's part of a plan to cover up his real identity). He's usually either seen with the "I don't care" face or slightly annoyed, but most of that is a cover up to hide whatever his true emotions are. Because in an organisation like that, showing even the simplest bit of emotions is exposing your weakness.
There's obviously a whole lot more to the character and all of the adventures. It's for a reason the current book is over 400 pages already XD. But that'll be for another time.

25. Psychotic murder mode (Oh hell yes, I'm loving that Noah story arc! ^^)
26. Guess who's not having lunch money today? (aggression vs fear)
27. Yes. Telekinetic powers since birth. Isn't that epic :')
28. Ouch! (Don't worry. The dude has excellent healing ability's... though it does probably hurt like hell)
29. Happy
30. "I'm gonna fucking MURDER you!"
31. Confident (Also; new outfit :'))
