The heavens had never seemed so miserableand yet at the same time occupied
with such bountiful amounts of hope.
They gazed up into the night
at the eloquent shining moon hovering
within the tranquil vast swirl of dark nothingness,
spotted within the twinkle of burning starlight.
Both of them knew,
they knew that
the other was staring at that same natural satellite of earth.
That same midnight-black sky.
And for a moment it served as a link somehow
To him..
..to her.
Though the miles be too far to walk to you,
And the time be far too slow for me to fly.
My mind will forever linger in thought of you.
As I dream of you throughout all the nights.
And drift off into my own sweet envisage of heaven,
Where you are ultimately all mine and inseparable we will always be.
No distance can sever the link I hold with you,
my love,
it's the strongest i've ever felt.
If waiting is all I have to do for you,
i'll do it until eternities end.
So that you may feel the wrath of my love one day,
And we will never have to be linked by stars again.
