This took me all the night (now I'm leaving my bed from sleeping -w-)

Hi there, I noticed you requested critique!
Firstly, I really love this skin! It's extremely simple, but very effective. You have some really advanced coding in it as well, which is really impressive for your first skin! The menu bar, glowing links, +journal entries link and different styles are all very cool. I also really like the banner. Again, simple, but excellent.
As for things you could improve, there isn't much.
You could make the link colours a little lighter, though I know you want to make sure the blue glow is visible.
I also think you could style the "No comments." since you've styled everything else so well, you might as well!
You could also try including:
.hsep {
display: none;
}
as this removes the | between those links.
I dunno, their only small suggestions because this skin really is excellent. Love it.

Wow Thanks for critique, you were right It seems better with the link color lighter, I only changed the color to the "|" because otherwise It could break the harmony on the design. I don't know how to change the "# comments", didn't realize about that hehe.

For the comments, you can style them much like a box, with background, padding, border..
