Hair - Kousagi has four triangle odango, colored pink, but a darker shade of pink than Chibi-Usa's.

Personality - Kousagi is klutzy, possibly even more than her mother. She loves sweets and basically all types of food. She's hates cats because she's allergic to them, although she doesn't mind Candy because Kousagi doesn't sneeze around her. She can be sweet and kind, but also very stubborn and rash. Kousagi loves her older sister, Chibi-Usa, but she still likes to tease her a lot. She also loves all her friends, and she knows that they love her too. (even if they don't show it much.)

Parallel Gravitation Pull - Parallel Moon uses her Bunny Wand to push her opponent away.
Twin Moon Heart Ache - Parallel Moon and Chibi Moon use their Bunny Wand and Heart Moon Rod respectively to shoot hearts at their opponent. Similar to Chibi Moon's "Pink Sugar Heart Attack", but more effective.
Little Rabbit Spark Attack - The Bunny Wand morphs into the Rabbit Staff, a crescent moon comes out of the top and sparks fly from it. Parallel Moon points it at her opponent and blasts them with it.
Moon Ultimate Halcyon Kiss - Parallel Moon blows a kiss at her opponent and they are temporarily paralyzed.
Starlight Protection - Parallel Moon uses the Rabbit Staff to stop attacks.
Sparkling Soul Purify - Parallel Moon uses the Rabbit Staff to scatter sparks over brainwashed people and release them from the opponent's control. Similar to Sailor Moon's "Moon Tiara Stardust".
Moon Shining Evolution - The Rabbit Staff morphs into the Supreme Rabbit Blade. Parallel Moon uses it to send an energy wave at an opponent.
Phantom Reflection - Parallel Moon faces the Justice Mirror toward her opponent and they are shown the wrongs of their ways before being destroyed.
Healing Touch - Parallel Moon embraces and heals someone.
Parallel Senshi Combination - Parallel Moon uses the Rabbit Staff to combine the powers of the Senshi together and do something depending on the situation. (Revive, go back in time, transport, attack, etc.)
