Description My final attempt for the night. I was trying to get some variety in styles and I also needed to draw a girl. Sure, it's Ranma who is really a boy. . .but he's a girl right now. So he counts.

I goofed up his left arm. . .it's too thick. And you can see how awesome I am at keeping entire drawings on one page since his right foot is missing. This used to be a huge problem for me way back when. Now it's only a problem when I draw people! Geez. Proportion issues, inability to keep all of drawing on one page, clothing, too large heads. . .drawing people brings me all sorts of problems I need to learn how to handle! Better late than never I suppose. . .I just wish I'd figured this out sooner.

Crits encouraged and make me happy.

DO NOT FAVORITE THIS ARTWORK! SERIOUSLY. IT'S COPIED RIGHT FROM THE ORIGINAL SOURCE WITH NO ARTISTIC INPUT FROM ME. IF YOU FAVE THIS, I WILL HUNT YOU DOWN AND SLAP YOU SILLY WITH A TROUT.

KittyOfFandomDoom is the first to be slapped silly with a trout due to an inability to read. Don't you be next!

Ranma is (c) Rumiko Takahashi

The only thing I'd add is that the right arm is a bit off, too. I think it needs to be a bit longer from the elbow to the wrist, or maybe it's just angled in an odd direction. Wow, my knowledge of anatomy shines through.

You're probably right, Trace. And, if you're anything like me, you can see the anatomy mistakes but are unable to avoid them yourself!

Yeah. I know it's there, but I don't know how to fix it. I need to draw more.

I really like the sketchness of this and the lines are very flowy and so they help convey the movement. I do have a few crits though-

His/her [lol ] left thigh is a little too thick at the middle. The way the leg is would imply a little of a bulge in muscle, but that just looks...fat. Not trying to sound mean, I just couldn't find a better way to describe it. >.>

The way the foot is twisted looks a little unnatural too. Maybe if you brought it in a tad closer to the "front" of the picture so it's facing the viewer a bit more [not too much or it will look broken] it would make it look a little more natural.

I hope I was of help. ^^

You were very helpful, thank you. As for the foot, I just copied it as it was drawn. I can't speak for the original artist as to her intention.

Ahh okay, yes. I read that it was copied but I figured I'd critique it just in case. You're welcome, glad I was of assistance. ^^

Not a problem. I'd rather you cover all bases.
