Maybe you can make the shoulder a bit darker because it call the eye too much. More light in the face and less in the shoulder ^_^

Very nice idea
But -in my humble opinion- there are some small things I'd like to correct, if there were my photo
First, shadows are too dark and details in there are almost invisible -maybe put next time some screen opposite to source of light to brighten shadows a little? (eg. white linen on any frame). And the light is also too strong for me (and there are no skin details on the back of your model).
Second -I'd like not to have this nice pearls cut by picture frame
Apart from the above, yor photo is full of magic and poetry -and i like it!

Though I don't know what you direct opinion is on the use of filters.. but I think a warm diffusor effect (about 40%) would make the image better.

I tried to find the filter you mention but can't - can you direct me to it?

I use the Exposure-Colout filter for effects lite that, but to get the same result from standard PS.. let me think... this might work, havn't tried it
h, a new layer, diffuse glow, mild settings on it, just to give it more diffusor, add more saturation to the layer, the do a blend with soft light on the original, change the level of the original image to say.. 25-45 %
that should work.
