I need to get some of that, a hat, industrial scissors and a girlfriend.
Next April Fools or earlier, I'll put a few drops of that on the inside of the hat, and give it to her, and watch it grow, spilling out the hat or just popping it right off.
Apply either more or scissors until her ideal length is reached.
Not necessarily my ideal length, it's her hair after all.
