It's not too late for one last kick at the ol' Halloween can, is it? Of course not.
This is loosely based on a personal experience. A buddy of mine and his girlfriend both came to a Halloween party dressed in French maid outfits. As soon as we saw him about a half dozen of us fell to the floor in uncontrollable gales of laughter and did not recover for a good fifteen minutes. We didn't even notice how sexy his girlfriend looked until well after.

In Daz it involves selecting a surface (like the eyes) and making it "emissive", that is, emit light. Though in the case of these critters the eyes are emissive by default.
Obviously I have no idea of Poser has a similar capability either.

There is a similar function but it doesn't work the same and it doesn't work that well.
