Portrait of Pinhead, the main character of Clive Barker's novel "The Hellbound Heart" and "The Scarlet Gospels".
I use a feel paintings of the Sacred Heart of Jesus (from the Roman Catholic religious traditions) as a reference for this artwork.
Made in Photoshop CS6 with a Wacom Bamboo Pen.
