After so long of searching, I found a mod that adds in Helghast armor to Fallout: New Vegas.I want to cry, I'm so happy.
Don't worry, this isn't staying in my gallery, I'll be moving it to my Scraps tomorrow. But I'm just super happy to find this awesome mod. I LOVE the Killzone series, I love it's setting, it's gritty hard sci fi, it's gameplay, but most of all I love it's villian. The Helghast are just so damn cool. Space Nazis with badass black uniforms, glowing eyes and gas masks.
Mod gives basic armor, an elite set worn by the elite troopers in Killzone 2, the winter uniform from Killzone 3, and even the Capture Troop armor!
For anyone curious, my guy's name is Old Man Kurtz, he's a crazy old man who hates the Legion, loves the NCR, and my companions are Veronica, Rex and a modded Cazadore named Kaz.
Current weapon is the Holorifle, because Holorifle. <3 Just a silly upload for anyone curious. Again, don't worry, it'll be in Scraps tomorrow.

I know, it's rad as hell! 
Alas, there is no weapon to go with it. No Sta-52, closest I can find is a Famas mod. But I'd rather keep my Holorifle.

Here's where I got it from. Found it by pure accident thanks to a Youtube video! It's safe download too, don't worry.

It's criminal this doesn't have more attention, though it's a super recent mod, think it was posted just a few months ago.
I've had no issues with it. Though, if you want to use the Ice Trooper armor, a bit of warning, it clips through the Pip Boy baaaaad. Like, to the point Pip Boy can be barely seen. 
It might be good to download the mod for the handheld Pip Boy, it fixes the issue.

Meh, I think I'll live without the ice trooper... then again I want the nuclear winter mod...
But hey, since you appear to be a veteran modder, mind helping a noob out? I tried downloading mods before off the fallout nexus site, and I even tried using the Win Rar free trial for a short time, but I just could not get it to work.

Easiest way to get mods to work. It's compatible with NV and FO3!
You may need WinRar but I don't think so.
Once it's up and running, installing a mod is simple, you just go to file manager I believe, select the Zip file for the mod, install it, and activate it! Yog might have to play with the load order, but with simple mods like armor or weapons it tends to not be as important. c:
