Kinda looks like the SW series of switchers by EMD

They were very similar: the NW series had Nine hundred horsepower, with a Welded frame. The SW series had Six hundred horsepower with a Welded frame. Main difference was the engine, with an six-cylinder EMD 567 for the SW series and an 12-cylinder EMD 12-567 for the NW-2.
