Recently, I drew a bunch of random drawings that I've been wanting to do for a long time, but couldn't figure out where to fit them in my drawing challenges. So, I thought I'd just draw them anyway & share them with you guys. Additionally, I figured since I'm not doing Drawvember this year, I should still give you guys something to enjoy for November. So, here is one of the drawings I did!

This picture is a piece of comedy/movie fan art, illustrating a prequel I wish had happened. As I've said in previous art posts, I enjoy myself some good British comedy. One of the most famous comedy groups of England is the hilarious Monty Python, known for their successful TV series Monty Python's Flying Circus & for their film trilogy that includes Monty Python & The Holy Grail, Monty Python's Life Of Brian, & Monty Python's The Meaning Of Life. Out of all their projects, my favorite thing they ever did is probably Monty Python & The Holy Grail, as well as the Broadway musical adaptation Spamalot, mainly because I find the jokes & scenarios in that movie very funny, & I love the way they're having fun with the legends of King Arthur & other elements of the Arthurian legend, & I really love those legends & stories already! However, because I loved Holy Grail & Spamalot so much, it really makes me wish that the Monty Python guys had done a prequel, which could be titled "Monty Python & The Sword In The Stone" & could poke fun at the earlier parts of the Arthurian legends such as King Arthur's childhood, his mentorship from the wise wizard Merlin, & his pulling Excalibur from the stone, & so on. So, I illustrated a scene that I would imagine happening in this imaginary prequel. So, here we see a young King Arthur & his mentor Merlin approaching Excalibur in an enchanted forest.... only to be stopped by a younger version of John Cleese's French Taunter, who then proceeds to taunt Arthur & Merlin & say some of his popular insults like "I fart in your general direction" & so on. I also had some fun & gave Merlin's pet owl a thought bubble, wondering why this child has a moustache. The answer is because he's French, of course!
