Loki is a devious male Zorua who has an attitude. He enjoys deceiving people by transforming into other creatures.Rosa is a shiny female Ralts who believes she is better than any other pokemon just becuase she's shiny. However she is actually rather weak and needs pokemon to protect her.

Im confused is Rotom a Legendary Pokemon?
The Pokemon Team messed up with legendaries... Like with Acrcabine,Lucario, and Rotom...they are considered legendaries and not at the same time.

It's allowed in the battle tower, it can breed, and it's stats don't seem all that legendary to me
Plus, I've seen pokemon guides (Made by the pokemon company) that say Rotom isn't legendary
But meh, your opinion I guess
