Zase prišli tie sviatky, ktoré až tak neznášam. Mám namyslí hlúpy Slovensky zvyk, kde chlapi šibú ženy a hádžu ich do studenej vody alebo ich oblievajú s kýblom studenej vody. Preto vyjadrujem svojej kresbe, prečo nemám rada tento zvyk, pretože mám z neho traumu. A prosím nepresvedčte ma o opaku. S kýblom Studenou vodou nebudete zdravý, ale dostanete angínu a zápal pľúc. Zniem ako feministka a poviete mi nechápeš tento sviatok, ale mám na to svoje dôvody ako každá žena na Slovensku. Proste mám z tohto zvyku traumu a nechcem sláviť tento zvyk, ktorý neznášam a chcem mať iba pokojnú Veľkú noc. Závidím, že inde slávia úplne inak Veľkú noc než tu na Slovensku.

In English:

Those holidays I hate so much have come again. I mean the stupid Slovak custom where guys whip women and throw them in cold water or throw a bucket of cold water on them. That's why I'm expressing to my drawing why I don't like this custom, because I'm traumatized by it. And please don't convince me otherwise. With a bucket of cold water you will not be healthy, but you will get tonsillitis and pneumonia. I know as a feminist and you'll tell me you don't understand this holiday, but I have my reasons like every woman in the country. I just have trauma from this custom and I don't want to celebrate this custom that I hate and I just want to have a peaceful Easter. I envy that elsewhere they celebrate Easter completely differently than here in Slovakia.
