thou the new features of notes and notifications is handy, without the push notifications I wouldn't be aware if there are new notes sent to me.

Dear dA staff, you should have written here too that the app for Windows phone is arriving in October- half of the comments are about that
I've been using and not using the app for some time now- my smartphone browser gave me issues when copying-pasting links (so to apply for jobs through journal when away from the pc I used the app!) but I also didn't use it much due to the lack of notes. It's a pity it wasn't implemented from the beginning, but I'm glad you solved it now. Thank you 
Although most of the comments ask for push notifications, I'd have a little add- for me personally, and maybe some others, I'm not sure? In either case. I love giving llamas and if I received push notifications for like, 50 people thanking for llamas+other replies+other comments+notes etc. in a single day I would freak out xD
Are you planning to put the possibility of enabling as well as disabling the push notifications? I would be REALLY grateful if you did. I check dA various times during the day anyway but only when I can, so push notifications wouldn't benefit me that much.

I downloaded it for my iPad, thought it would be convenient while I am away from the computer screen(been lazy with my notifications etc), and be nice to browse art why nodding off to sleep.. ....to my dissapointment its designed for the iPhone only... what a bummer... small screen at 1x , 2x you have pixelations.
