Here's another piece I was commissioned for Kick-Ass.Every superhero needs to learn how to jump roof-tops!
Kick Ass is painted, BG is a matte painting.
Did this in about a day as well!
These are fun and everything, but wait till you guys see the character shots I did, those are my favorouite...I won't put those up until the movie is out in the states. So hopefully all of you in the UK enjoyed it! I heard it's great.

I have to say, your Kick-Ass work is amazing. The level of detail is lovingly done. And I'm man enough to admit that you guys who can do photorealistic drawings intimidate the hell out of me.

Those were done by John Romita Jr., he also did Big Daddy's homemade comic book, and the original Kick-Ass comics.

I was wondering how you choose your colors for your pictures. Do you look at photos and borrow colors from there? Or just make them up as you go along? Do you use any references at all for anything?

You outdit yourself again man! The Kick Ass costume isn't nearly as detailled as your LMS characters, yet I was able to feel the adonihs vibe in this piece as well. Can't wait for the movie!
