This is my bf
That is, my best friend, Florian. 
He wouldn't let me take a pic with him, but he said he'd settle for a portrait. He's going through a tough time right now, and I'm trying my hardest to help him get through everything. He's really sweet and kind and he definitely does NOT deserve to go through what his family is doing.Please, anyone who reads this, if you ever have children (or even if you already have children) love them unconditionally with all of your heart. They may not grow up to what you want them to be, but if they did, what fun would that be? What would you learn from parenting? You'd be stuck as you are, in a perfectly boring loop.

Well, I suppose the influence of the Vatican and Roman Catholicism is to be blamed for that. Guess you need to screen people then. But just be comfortable with who you are as a person. Everyone has the right to be proud of who they are. You don't have to scream about it, sometimes confidence is subtle.

I hate to be harsh, but they made that choice. They chose to take their own life. They didn't have to... but they gave up. And you can't give in to stuff like that.

My son asked the other day how he was doing but I've been busy with work I haven't had the chance to stay on long enough to find out.
Also it might be a little weird me asking.

And having a best friend around is very helpful in any situation.
I came out when I was very young.
Hell I wouldn't even call it coming out, it was just something my younger brother pointed out and it was natural and my parents treated it that way.
My uncle on the other hand didn't take it very well and neither did my husbands mother but none of us really care about them anyways.
And both of my children are being raised to be themselves and we'll love them no matter what and to not judge others so quickly.
So far so good but their still young so who knows what will happen between now and then.

ANYWAY.... Well I'm glad your mom and dad accepted you. Exactly, if someone can't accept you as you are, then it's their loss. They're limiting themselves. And it's absolutely wonderful that your children are allowed to be themselves and grow up without any of that pain or worry that they might lose their parent's love. They're lucky to have such wonderful parents.
