I have been making these icon bases and this one I decided I would let people use for free.~ Because who doesn't want their little baby OC to ask mommy or daddy for a hug?Β
RULES:
-Do NOT use for commissions/adopts/money/points ect
-You may use for requests/gifts
-Do NOT trace or stick other bases on it
-DO have fun and be creative.~
