its called a mind flayer its not supose to be neat
if you know D&D monsters like I do how thease things are made is not clean ether
"they are concived when a mindflayer lays eggs in a sleeping victumes head, the larva then drive the host Bat $#@! crazy as they eat thiere brain, eventualy the larava grows around the head of the (dead/brainless) host and Ba da da DA you got a adult mind flayer"
