Hmmm I don't know as simple DA watcher I must say...I'm not fan of such a arts. Some people like to shock to make their art more visible if this is what you wanted...you get it.
As artist though I say something don't look quite ok about drawing....And what I mean is that knife. You put accent on simple lines to lock attention at shocking effect ( kid being hurt) and left there for place for logo and so on...that's ok but knife it self looks some how unnatural like it's braking laws of basic human anatomy and additionally it's tip vanish in abnormal way somewhere in eye socket. Perspective in which we see knife is wrong if blade suppose to vanish there. If I understand correctly your intentions, kid loose eye cuz it's being cut out from his eye socket...Thing is this is not how looks eye when you remove it with help of knife. You drew it like it was removed along with eyelids in circle motion ! But to remove eye with knife you don't need to do that. Our anatomy is pretty simple here and eye would fall out even without removing upper eyelid. And wouldn't hang like this if blade was responsible for that injury. Also there would be more blood on kid's face. And to be precise to remove eye ball even simple spoon is enough it's very gentle organ. Colours are not bad. And those little black flecks on logo are probably effect of colouring logo on not cleaned surface. Simply you didn't removed all marks after pencil from your drawing in that area. Or this is side effect of changing size compression of file. It sometimes appear if you save image to lower quality file. DA use program to convert image data a bit differently (make image more clear and detailed). And it also may affect your posted image that way.

Now to sum up it's not bad project. Colours are good, placing of logo ant text is good, size of those fonts is ok too. Character is in right "active"part of canvas. But knife, injured eye, perspective and blood special effects are not as good. Of course this is just my opinion there is possibility others may not agree with it.
