My last Metroid piece I'm doing for awhile so please enjoy this!+Before you ask, please note, this is NOT a; screenshot, rip, manipulation, Garry's mod...etc, etc.+
I wanted to make a complete scene as the last 'hurrah' piece and also to compliment the Mudbox model (That I've been working on since my last power suit piece). My intent was to make Samus look more...well, "bad ass" and to model another suit to reflect that. I modeled Samus' entire body then put the suit on her, though you can only see her face if you look closely in the visor. Everything was created using both Mudbox; Samus body mesh and armour underlayer, MAYA; Armour, space station hallway, effects, lighting and rendered using Vray. PS was only used to put warning and my logo.
This is the 1920x1080@320dpi HD version, I have an Ultra HD version that's VERY large and simply won't fit here.

This is -really- good. It looks a lot like the Smash Bros. Brawl version of Samus' Power Suit, and good enough to have been done by a team of professionals!

You really have done a spectacular job making Samus much more powerful and intimidating than she already is. In addition, you did a great job rendering one of the staple Metroid environments: an abandoned space station that is probably filled to the brim with all kinds of creatures ranging from the small and numerous to the ridiculously super-sized reptilians hell-bent on ripping her limb from limb. It's also clear that you have displayed Samus's determination to fight, survive, and complete her mission no matter what or who she faces. Keep up the good work!
