Hey everyone, it's been awhile since I've uploaded any artwork. This was done in Geocontrol 2 and Vue 10. I started out with one of the presets in Geocontrol and tweaked it heavily. The moon textures are NASA images from the MODIS website, modified and tweaked in Photoshop.Links to NASA textures:

lol i just said it looks pasted. whats wrong with having that opinion. I did not say the artwork sucked. I complimented you saying I think the photo is beautiful or whatever it is. And I do think the mountains are beautiful. You are getting upset over nothing. And the moon does look pasted, as the celestial body or the moon or whatever appears to be in front of the clouds.

This is pretty popular. I type in the name of this picture I found on tumblr, and it's the first result before I even finish typing. Great job. Tell me, is there a story behind this picture? The planet in the background reminds me of Jupiter. Is the perspective from a psuedo-terraformed moon of jupiter or another planet. I see other moons in the background so it's a possibility. Would love to be on this planetoid satellite and see the giant orange hued planet looking at me every morning.
