Actually when you click the agree button you sign over your rights to anything you make. Unfortunatly, any character you make in game is copyright to NCSoft, and not to you at all. Sucks, but nothing you can do unless you go to them and try and get them to let you buy the rights to your toon, but I am guessing that would be thousands in legal fees, if they even went for it. =/

That might be true in most cases, but not when you've created the character prior to re-creating it in game. They can't claim copyright on anything that was someone else's prior to then.
