I spent quite some time doing math. And the dimensions are working for me, I had to tweak a few parts, but I got the angles for all of them. If this helps anyone, this is what I have:

Side Panels:
A (25") = 29°
B (23.5") =29°
C (44.25") =122°

Back Side Panels:
A (25.25") =86°
B(25") =81°
C (5.75") =13°

Back Panel (First layer):
A=15°
B=156°
C=60°
D=128°

Back Panel (folded one):
A=119°
B=100°
C=122°
D=15°

I'm not sure if these exact measurements will fit you, I'm sorry : /

Foam is good though, I use foam core for the panels and pine wood for the edges that get bumped a lot.  Nothing worse than having a PH helmet that's all crinkled on the edges halfway through the con : P

With this model I actually crushed it in my trunk on accident and it totally survived.  Once I added some touch up paint it actually looked better, haha xD

Not sure if you've checked these measurements but looking at the lengths of the sides on your triangles, they don't make sense... in other words they do not follow pythagoras theorem of a2 + b2 = c2.

Im not getting one thing. Shouldnt you measure yourself before measuring out the size of the helmet? not everyone is tall like that PH lol I'm 5.1" tall

Yes you're correct. These measurements are more as a general guideline, since everybody's body is different x )

Oops.. ><

So anyways I'm not sure how big my helmet should be for my body type. I'm also petite so I have to keep that in mind too XD
