I started to rewrite some of my storys. I didn't thaught I built up a small universe with my stories and I didn't had any worldbuilding at the begining. It should now fit better in my idea I have for it now.

Sam was a normal human, 25 years old and was working in a Library. One day, she spitted blood and went immediately to a nearby hospital.
A doctor told her, she has a rare brain-disease and only one year left, till she die. But there was hope, if Sam agree. She did.
The doctor gave her some narcotics and waited, till she felt asleep.

She was transported somewhere to an unknown place, where someone put her into a strange machine and started it.
The door closes and gas flows out of the ceiling. The gas dissolved her clothes, laying there complete naked. Her neck cracked, as there are two additional arms grew behind her arms. Her boobs become a bit bigger and a third one is growing below her two milkbars, right above her belly button. At last, her head seems to shrink till it was gone. To be able to see, speak and eat something, her nipples of her main breasts changed to her eyes, as the nipple of her lower breast becomes her mouth.

After an hour after her change, she woke up. In a white room with a door, a huge bed, she's laying on, and a mirror.

Sam opened her eyes and she knew something was different. She moved her arms towards her not existing head and confused. why couldn't she see her arms? Why are her arms moving above her? She wasn't even able to move her head. Her arms touches nothing between her shoulders. She screamed. Where is her head? If she don't have a head, why can she still see something?
She tried to calm down and sit up. Her naked breasts didn't liked that fast movement and bounced a lot, wich give Sam a feeling of motionsickness. Everything was moving. She moved her hands towards her eyes and touches the surroundings. It felt soft and jiggly.

Sam: "Are these... tits? My Eyes are on my tits?"
Samatha grope them and moved them around.
Sam: "MY EYES ARE ON MY TITS?"
She saw the mirror and slowly stood up, holding her breasts with her arms and focused the mirror. Slowly walked towards it, she looked at herself, shocked in place. What she saw can't be real. She really has no head and her eyes and mouth are now on her boobs.
Sam: "That's..."
Sam started to cry and whimmer. How is she able to do anything looking like that? Why was this happened? Where is she and where is the person did it to her?
She saw the door, went slowly towards her and walked trough the door. Sam moved her boobs around to see, where she was. She's standing in some kind of unfinished garden inside a cave with a huge tree in the middle and a house along the way. She walked around a bit, always with her rear hands cupping her eye-boobs to look around and to prevent bouncing.
Sam: "This is fucking annoying..."
She entered the building.
Sam: "Hello? Is anybody here?", she yelled. No one answers.
Sam: "Awesome. Nobody is here. Am I really supposed to living here? alone? like this?"
