The larger girl's tank top has a bump map texture that is shaped to be torn. Β Her pants, I rescaled in different places and positioned them manually by eyeballing it. Β Nothing too complex.

By manually rescaling them, sometimes on individual axis, or using a deformer on specific parts like the hips.Β  It's definitely not easy, and not something I do regularly.
