Bio:
A Scientist working for Wayne Enterprises' Labs over in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. When a Wayne Satellite picked up a strange reading in Space, they sent Richards up to investigate what was occurring. To keep scares down, this was all disguised as a new film starring Richards' girlfriend and co-star which was set in Space. However, whilst up there, Reed and his team were all exposed to a strange type of Cosmic Radiation.
Back on Earth, Reed discovered the radiation had effected him, and he could stretch his limbs to extreme extents, like he was made of Plasticine. Not only he, but the rest of the team had too, and so they came together in a team known as the Fantastic Four, with Reed taking the mantle of group leader and the name of Mr. Fantastic.
