I open it in SAI, then I create a new linework layer over the top, outline the base, so I have a nice clean set of lines that are perfect for SAI.
Then another linework layer, and I add clothing to it using that, then I add the bits of skin on that same linework layer, (I use the 'curve' tool for all this), and hide the other layers.
Underneath the most recent linework layer, I create a normal layer, and fill it with a light grey colour. Then it's just a matter of creating a new layer for each colour. When you're done, just change the grey layer to whatever colour you want.
I can post a tutorial if you'd like.

Just a quick question, do you have an unzipping program like winrar or 7zip? I'm going to upload it to my google drive once I'm done, and note you the link.

Okay then, I'll upload the photos separately, I'm not that good at creating those long tutorials. I've got about 7 steps done. Though I should have it done in a day or so.
