my new fav is the Wizzro 3rd weapon mission and the choose Valga or Link ally misson from the TP map.

Mines are Lana's Summoning gate 2nd and 3rd weapon missions, the one where Midna and Cia work together, and where the Ganondorf have to assist the Festival of cuccos (and protecting them from Cia of probably being eaten?)
