I just finished a photomanipulation using Trixie's face from this photo. Assuming she (and the donators of the other portions of the manipulation as well) give permission, would you mind if I posted the result in my gallery? I'd give full credit to all sources, of course.

In my eyes the exressions are the key feature of the shot, with the "mingling" of their arms following up giving meaning and purpose to the expressions.
It looks to me like someone has tried to hurt them and Trixie is protectively holding Haylee. It's a "Protective" embrace. As someone said earlier, Haylee looks tense. She probably is. Wouldn't you if someone had tried to hurt you? 
In a way Haylee's expression is the most dynamic of the two, while looking tense and "uneasy" or uncomfortable she also looks like she is content and happy in Trixie's arms, glad for the comfort and protection Trixie is providing her.
Trixie's expression is almost hard cut and straight forward. I can't quite put a phrases to the expression but the best that comes to mind would be "Leave, now."

This is an exceptional piece of work. There is a very Possesive quality exuding from Trixie.
The only real critique i could throw your way would be to try it in black & white and maybe even soften the focus a little.
