I'm trying to imagine the rest of this pose. In the bottom left is her right arm. In the bottom right is her left arm. But what is in the middle? could her chin be resting on a knee? Please help my DaVinci mind.

It has more to do with the category that the photo is placed in. While she technically is nude, the image isn't really Emotive, Glamour, or Fetish either. It is closest to a Classic Nude, so the Artistic Nude category was chosen. When the file was uploaded, all photos in the Artistic Nude category came with the advisory!
