This was very spontaneous. I started it this past Monday during choir and did the finishing touches on Wednesday during my more boring classes.I like it because you never see angels from this angle. It's always from the front, and they have poofy wings and white robes with little gold tassels and simpering expressions on their faces. After a while it gets a bit tiresome.

Lol. I was thinking about that for a long time, but I couldn't figure out what kind of pants to give him. So I asked him about it and he rolled his eyes and asked me since when do angels need to wear pants. He had a good point.

Oh, love the wings! The angle is great, and the way you drew the feathers curving upward is very different. I love seeing angels like this...I like angels of death. >D *is shot*
My Asurae is only angelic at all because of the wings. XD She's an archdemon, in reality. *pets her*

An archdemon... hmm, that sounds interesting. I actually decided a while ago that someday I will draw Asurae... but first I need to learn to do the female form.
I would also like to draw... the Angel of death, the various archangels, cherubim, seraphim... there are a bunch of ranks of angel!

Ah, but remember! XD Asu is genderless with the appearance of a female. And as such, she has several masculine features. If you need detail on that...she has a slender face, but it still holds a slightly feminine look. Slim figure, but very straight...doesn't have wide hips. XD Heck, I'll make it easier. I wrote some stuff up about her and posted it on dA a while ago, so I'll be lazy and link you to that. xD;;

Yes, as I recall, she is intermediate, right? Well, I can't draw an in-between unless I know what the two sides to it are individually... does that make sense? Otherwise the mixture will come out unbalanced... and no one wants that. n_n; Particularly because this means she would come out looking mostly masculine, given my present skill level.
