Composition is beautiful, with that seemingly endless flow of clocks. Black and white drawing is a good choice, I think it gives an even more striking effect.
The owl is very well-drawn, with an elegant "spitit-like" aura, and your OC isΒ very hansome, I like the detailed clock accessory in his hair.

There's certainly a lot of detail in this pic. It's wonderful and filled to the brim. 
Clocks make me paranoid sometimes since time is a thing I worry about a lot. Though I really shouldn't worry too much about it.
Other times, clocks remind me of the Mad Hatter or some other sort of insane character. Love it when insanity is incorporated into art in brilliant ways.

I always love your super detailed style. Your inks are so well crafted! I love all of the different clocks. I also love how he is looking into the air as though he is facing time. The owl's wings are great. They have a realistic touch. Also, nice details on the bows.
